Choirs will be evaluated based on:

🎤 Vocal Quality (30%)
Tone, pitch accuracy, and blend

🎼 Harmony & Arrangement (20%)
Creativity and musical structure

🎭 Stage Presence (15%)
Confidence, expression, and engagement

🎶 Rhythm & Timing (15%)
Coordination and synchronization

🙌 Overall Performance (20%)
Impact, unity, and audience connection

Conduct & Discipline

Choirs must report at least 30 minutes before their performance.
Respect for judges, organizers, and other participants is mandatory.
Disruptive behavior may lead to disqualification.

Dress Code

Choirs should dress in uniform or coordinated attire.
Appearance should reflect professionalism and the event theme.

Time Penalty

Exceeding allotted time may result in point deductions or disqualification.

Decision of Judges

Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
No arguments or appeals will be entertained.

Awards

Prizes include:

Winner, 1st Runner Up, 2nd Runer Up,
Special awards (Best Soloist, Best Arrangement, Best Conductor, Best in Uniform etc.)

General Rules

No inappropriate or offensive content in songs or choreography.
Choirs must adhere strictly to event guidelines.
Organizers reserve the right to modify rules if necessary.
