📜 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE CHOIR EXPERIENCE – EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS AGREEMENT
1. Grant of Rights
By registering for and participating in The Choir Experience, each choir (referred to as the Licensor) hereby grants the organizers (referred to as the Licensee) a worldwide, exclusive, transferable, and unrestricted license to use all recorded materials from the event.

2. Scope of Rights
The Licensee is granted full rights to:

Use, edit, and reproduce all audio and video content of choir performances
Synchronize performances with other audio, video, or visual productions
Distribute, broadcast, and publish content across all platforms, including:

Television
Radio
Online platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, websites)

Re-edit, adapt, or modify the content as deemed appropriate

3. Exclusive Ownership
The rights granted under this Agreement are exclusive. This means:

The Licensor (participating choir) cannot grant permission to any third party to use the performance content
The Licensee holds sole authority over the use and distribution of all event-related materials

4. Restrictions on Participants
Participants (Licensor) agree that they shall:

Not upload, post, or distribute any content from The Choir Experience on any platform or media outlet
Not promote or advertise the event content under any other name or platform without written permission
Remove or refrain from sharing any recordings of the event on:

YouTube
Facebook
Instagram
Any other social media or website

5. Platform Control
All content from The Choir Experience remains under the full control of the Licensee and may only be published or distributed through official and authorized channels.
